穴位贴敷治疗肾虚血热型胎动不安临床观察

摘　　要：探讨中药穴位贴敷在胎动不安中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月—2020年1月漳州市中医院收治的100例胎动不安患者,按随机数字表法进行分组,分为对照组与观察组,各50例患者。对照组给予黄体酮进行治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上使用中药穴位贴敷。2组疗程均为2个月。比较2组治疗效果、临床症状积分、妊娠结局及护理满意度。结果观察组治疗后的总有效率高于对照组的总有效率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前2组患者阴道出血、腰酸痛、下腹坠痛症状积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,2组患者阴道出血、腰酸痛、下腹坠痛症状积分均下降,观察组症状积分下降幅度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组流产、早产、低体质量儿及新生儿畸形等不良妊娠结局发生率于低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药穴位贴敷联合黄体酮治疗肾虚血热型胎动不安治疗效果显著,可以有效改善患者的临床症状及妊娠结局,且操作简单、安全性较高,可提高患者对治疗的满意度。Objective To investigate the application effect of acupoint application of Chinese medicine in fetal irritability.Methods A total of 100 patients with fetal agitation admitted to Zhangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to January 2020 were divided into control group and observation group with 50 patients in each group according to random number table method.The control group was treated with progesterone,and the observation group was treated with acupoint application of Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group.The treatment course of both groups was 2 months.The therapeutic effect,clinical symptom score,pregnancy outcome and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the symptom scores of vaginal bleeding,waist soreness and lower abdominal fall pain in the 2 groups showed no statistical significance(P>0.05).After treatment,the symptom scores of vaginal bleeding,waist soreness and lower abdominal fall pain in the 2 groups all decreased,and the symptom scores of the observation group decreased more than that of the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes such as abortion,premature delivery,low body weight infants and neonatal malformation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conciusion Acupoint application of Chinese medicine combined with progesterone has significant effect,can effectively improve patients’clinical symptoms and pregnancy outcomes,and the operation is simple,high safety,can improve patients’satisfaction with the treatment.
