加味增液汤治疗口腔溃疡临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨加味增液汤治疗口腔溃疡的效果。方法回顾性选取2019年1月—2020年1月吉安市中心人民医院口腔溃疡患者100例,依据治疗方法分为常规性治疗组、常规性治疗基础上加味增液汤治疗组(加味增液汤组)2组,各50例。统计分析2组患者的临床疗效、疼痛程度、半年、1年复发情况。结果加味增液汤组患者治疗的总有效率90.0%(45/50)显著高于常规性治疗组54.0%(27/50)(P<0.05)。加味增液汤组患者治疗后较治疗前的无痛、轻度疼痛比例升高幅度、中度疼痛、重度疼痛比例降低幅度均显著高于常规性治疗组(P<0.05)。加味增液汤组患者的半年、1年复发率6.0%(3/50)、10.0%(5/50)均显著低于常规性治疗组22.0%(11/50)、36.0%(18/50)(P<0.05)。结论口腔溃疡采用中加味增液汤治疗效果好。Objective To investigate the effect of modified Zengye decoction in the treatment of oral ulcer.Methods 100 patients with oral ulcer in Ji’an Central People’s Hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected retrospectively.According to the treatment methods,they were divided into conventional treatment group and modified Zengye decoction treatment group(modified Zengye decoction group)on the basis of conventional treatment,with 50 cases in each group.The clinical effect,degree of pain,recurrence in half a year and one year of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the modified miso decoction group was 90.0%(45/50),significantly higher than that of the conventional treatment group 54.0%(27/50)(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the percentages of painless and mild pain increased,and the percentages of moderate and severe pain decreased in the modified miso liquid soup group after treatment were significantly higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The six-month and one-year recurrence rates of 6.0%(3/50)and 10.0%(5/50)in the modified miso decoction group were significantly lower than those in the conventional treatment group 22.0%(11/50)and 36.0%(18/50)(P<0.05).Conciusion In the treatment of oral ulcer,the effect of modified Zengye decoction is good.
