少腹逐瘀汤治疗寒湿凝滞型慢性盆腔炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究寒湿凝滞型慢性盆腔炎应用少腹逐瘀汤加减治疗的临床效果。方法选择营口市中医院2019年7月—2020年7月收治的74例寒湿凝滞型慢性盆腔炎患者为本次研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组、研究组,各37例。对照组应用甲硝唑治疗、研究组在对照组基础上应用少腹逐瘀汤加减治疗,比较2组患者的临床疗效、症状改善时间及炎症因子水平改善情况。结果研究组总有效率明显比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);下腹坠胀、白带增多、乏力症状改善时间比较,相比对照组,研究组各指标症状改善时间更短(P<0.05);相比治疗前,白细胞介素4(IL-4)水平2组均升高,肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平2组均降低,研究组相比对照组TL-4水平更高,TNF-α水平更低(P<0.05)。结论少腹逐瘀汤加减治疗寒湿凝滞型慢性盆腔炎,效果显著,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Shaowei Zhuyu decoction in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation of cold-dampness stagnation type.Methods 74 patients with chronic pelvic inflammation of cold-dampness stagnation type in Yingkou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2019 to July 2020 were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metronidazole and the study group was treated with Shaofu Zhuyu decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect,symptom improvement time and inflammatory factor level of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the improvement time of lower abdominal distension,increased leucorrhea and fatigue symptoms was shorter in the study group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the level of interleukin-4(IL-4)was increased in both groups,and the level of tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α)was decreased in both groups.The level of IL-4 and TNF-αin the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conciusion Shaofu Zhuyu decoction is effective in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation of cold-dampness stagnation type,which is worthy of popularization and application.
