摘　　要：目的观察地黄除痹乳膏外敷治疗下肢闭合性骨折的临床疗效。方法选择荆门市中医医院骨伤科2020年3月—2022年3月符合下肢闭合性骨折的患者72例作为研究对象,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,各36例。对照组给予常规的手法复位、止痛、消肿等方法对症治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予地黄除痹乳膏外涂。比较2组治疗后第2、4、6天的患肢肿胀、疼痛程度及围手术期的等待时间等相关指标。结果术前等待时间:治疗组(7.06±2.06)d,对照组(8.72±2.45)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);肿胀程度:治疗组在接受治疗后的第4、6天肿胀程度改善显著优于对照组(P<0.01);疼痛评分:治疗后第4、6天,治疗组疼痛缓解明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论地黄除痹乳膏在改善下肢闭合性骨折围手术期肿胀、疼痛及缩短围手术期等待时间等方面效果显著,能使患者的痛苦更快地得到缓解,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Dihuang Chubi cream in the treatment of closed fracture of lower limbs.Methods 72 inpatients who met the diagnostic criteria for closed fracture of lower limbs in Jingmen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group received symptomatic treatment with conventional manual reduction,analgesia,detumescence and other methods,on this basis,the treatment group was given external application of Dihuang Chubi cream.The swelling and pain degree(VAS score)of the affected limb and the perioperative waiting time were compared between the two groups on day 2,4 and 6 after treatment.Results The preoperative waiting time was(7.06±2.06)d in the treatment group and(8.72±2.45)d in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The improvement of swelling degree in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group at the 4th and 6th day after treatment(P<0.01).On the 4th and 6th day after treatment,the pain relief in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conciusion Dihuang Chubi cream is effective in improving perioperative swelling and pain and shortening perioperative waiting time of closed fracture of lower limbs,which can relieve the pain of patients faster and is worthy of the clinical promotion.
