振源稳心汤治疗慢性心力衰竭临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究振源稳心汤对慢性心力衰竭患者心功能及不良心血管事件发生率的影响。方法选取中国医科大学附属第一医院心内科收治的慢性心力衰竭患者78例,随机分为2组,各39例。对照组采用常规治疗,试验组联合振源稳心汤治疗。比较2组的心功能、血清炎性因子水平及不良心血管事件发生率。结果治疗后2组患者左心室射血分数(LVEF)升高,左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)和左心室收缩末期直径(LVESD)缩小(P<0.05),且试验组LVEF高于对照组,LVEDD、LVESD低于对照组(P<0.05);经治疗试验组患者血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平均降低(P<0.05),且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组比较,试验组严重心律失常、急性心肌梗死、死亡等不良心血管事件发生率较低,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论振源稳心汤可有效提高慢性心力衰竭患者的心功能,改善血清炎性因子水平。Objective To explore the effect of Zhenyuan Wenxin decoction on cardiac function and incidence of adverse cardiovascular events in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods From February 2020 to March 2021,78 patients with chronic heart failure in the First Hospital of China Medical University were randomly divided into two groups,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine western medicine,and the experimental group received Zhenyuan Wenxin decoction and routine western medicine.The cardiac function,serum levels of inflammatory factors and incidence of adverse cardiovascular events were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)was increased,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD)were decreased(P<0.05),and LVEF of the f experimental group was higher than that of the control group,while LVEDD and LVESD were lower than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in the experimental group were decreased(P<0.05),and those in experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence of severe arrhythmia,acute myocardial infarction,death and other adverse cardiovascular events in the experimental groups were lower,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conciusion Zhenyuan Wenxin decoction can effectively improve the heart function of patients with chronic heart failure,and improve the level of serum inflammatory factors.
