针刺联合仰卧位手法整复治疗椎动脉型颈椎病临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察针刺联合仰卧位手法整复治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的效果。方法选取南昌市按摩医院2018年1月-2020年4月收治的椎动脉型颈椎病患者62例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各31例。对照组给予针刺治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予仰卧位手法整复治疗,对比2组的总有效率、脑血流参数(左、右椎动脉,椎基底动脉平均血流速度)的变化及颈椎主要症状、功能积分情况。结果观察组总有效率为96.77%(30/31),高于对照组的77.42%(24/31)(P<0.05);观察组脑血流参数各项指标明显高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组颈椎主要症状及功能积分亦明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针灸联合仰卧位手法整复治疗椎动脉型颈椎病效果显著,复发率低。Objective To observe the curative effect of acupuncture combined with supine manipulation in the treatment of vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis.Methods Sixty-two cases of vertebral artery type cervical spondylopathy treated in Nanchang Massage Hospital in recent two years were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture,and the observation group was treated with supine manipulative reduction on the basis of the treatment in the control group.The total effective rate and cerebral blood flow parameters(left and right vertebral artery,Mean flow velocity of vertebrobasilar artery)and the main symptoms and functional scores of cervical vertebrae.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.77%(30/31),which was higher than 77.42%(24/31)of the control group(P<0.05).The indexes of cerebral blood flow parameters in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the main symptoms and functional scores of cervical vertebrae in the observation group were also significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conciusion Acupuncture combined with supine manipulation in the treatment of vertebral artery type cervical spondylopathy has a significant effect and low recurrence rate.
