摘　　要：目的探究开天门穴位按摩缓解血液透析患者轻度焦虑的临床效果。方法从南昌市洪都中医院2020年1月-7月所收治的患有轻度焦虑的血液透析患者中选取60例,随机分为对照组与研究组,2组患者各30例。对照组采取常规治疗方式对患者进行治疗,研究组在常规治疗的基础上予以开天门穴位按摩进行治疗。对2组患者在治疗前后的焦虑自评量表(Selfrating Anxiety Scale,SAS)评分进行对比评价。结果研究组患者焦虑水平显著低于对照组,说明患者的焦虑情绪在经开天门穴位按摩治疗后得到了缓解,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论开天门穴位按摩对缓解血液透析患者轻度焦虑的症状有显著的疗效,可缓解患者焦虑情绪,减轻患者精神压力,值得推广与应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupoint massage on Tianmen acupoint for relieving mild anxiety in hemodialysis patients.Methods 60 hemodialysis patients with mild anxiety admitted to Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to July 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the study group was treated with acupoint massage on the basis of conventional treatment.The Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)scores of the two groups before and after treatment were compared and evaluated.Results The anxiety level of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,indicating that the anxiety of the patients was relieved after acupoint massage on Tianmen acupoint,and the data difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conciusion Acupoint massage on Tianmen acupoint has a significant effect on alleviating mild anxiety symptoms in hemodialysis patients.It can relieve patients’anxiety and reduce their mental stress,which is worthy of promotion and application.
