补肾益气强脊汤联合经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性脊椎压缩性骨折临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨在骨质疏松性脊椎压缩性骨折(OVCF)治疗中应用中药补肾益气强脊汤和经皮椎体成形术(PVP)的价值。方法纳入2019年3月-2021年2月江西省万安县中医院收治的82例OVCF患者,按其入院顺序分组。对照组41例接受PVP和常规治疗,观察组41例在对照组的基础上联合补肾益气强脊汤治疗,比较2组的腰椎功能评分、骨代谢指标及疗效。结果2组治疗前比较,日本骨科学会(JOA)评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分、骨密度(BMD)和骨钙素(BGP)水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),末次随访比较,观察组JOA评分、BMD和BGP水平高于对照组而ODI评分低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论PVP联合补肾益气强脊汤治疗PVP可以改善患者的腰椎功能,减轻疼痛,促进骨折愈合,值得应用。Objective To explore the value of applying Chinese medicine Bushen Yiqi Qiangji decoction and percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP)in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures(OVCF).Methods A total of 82 OVCF patients admitted to Wan’an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2019 to February 2021 were enrolled and grouped according to their admission order.The control group of 41 cases received PVP and conventional treatment,and 41 cases in the observation group were treated with Bushen Yiqi Qiangji decoction on the basis of conventional treatment.The lumbar function score,bone metabolism index and curative effect were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,the Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)score,Oswestry function accounted for no significant differences in ODI score,bone mineral density(BMD)and osteocalcin(BGP)level between the two groups(P>0.05).The JOA score,BMD and BGP levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,while the ODI score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conciusion PVP combined with Bushen Yiqi Qiangji decoction in the treatment of OVCF can improve the lumbar function,relieve pain,and promote fracture healing.It is worthy of application.
