摘　　要：某艇电磁式水下发射装置充电柜在进行出厂试验过程中出现输出端短路故障,充电柜内多处元器件损毁,影响较大。该文具体阐述了处理该问题时的过程现象、故障定位,利用故障树方式进行原因分析,最终采取有效的纠正措施及举一反三情况。A short-circuit fault occurred at the output end of the charging cabinet of a submarine electromagnetic underwater launcher during factory test,and many components in the charging cabinet were damaged,which made a great impact.This paper describes the process phenomena and fault location in dealing with this problem with details,and the cause analysis is carried out by using fault tree method.Finally,effective corrective measures are taken and the situation is inferred.
