摘  要:为了提升船舶的整体安全性,保证纯电动旅游客船在长江流域的安全可靠航行,本文基于FMEA分析对纯电动旅游客船的关键系统直流组网系统和电池动力系统可能存在的高风险进行了识别,并提出了相应的建议措施,采用HAZID分析,对纯电动旅游客船过升船机过程中存在的中风险进行了分析,同时提出了降低或消除风险的建议措施。同时,分别面向船舶、纯电动旅游客船的航运企业、通航管理部门等提出了相应的安全监管措施进一步为纯电动旅游客船的运行保驾护航。To improve the security of electric ships and ensure their safe navigation in Yangtze River,this paper identifies the potential high risks in the DC network and the battery p ower system which are two significant systems of the electric passenger ship based on FMEA.By using HAZID method,the medium risks are detected when the electric passenger ship passes the ship lift,the suggestions and measures to eliminate or reduce the risks are also proposed simultaneously.Finally,supervision measures are listed for the shipping enterprises owning the electric passenger ships and shipping management department in Yangtze River,which can further enhance the voyage safety of the electric passenger ship.
