摘 要:目的探究产后2 h内使用生物刺激反馈治疗对产妇泌乳及子宫复旧的临床疗效。方法选取80例分娩产妇,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组,每组40例。试验组在产后2 h内进行生物刺激反馈治疗+常规护理,对照组在产后24 h进行生物刺激反馈治疗+常规护理。比较两组泌乳效果及子宫复旧效果。结果试验组泌乳始动时间(30.510±5.361)h短于对照组(39.287±4.980)h,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组产后72 h泌乳素水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组产后24 h恶露量高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组产妇产后24、48、72 h子宫底高度方面效果优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产后2 h内使用生物刺激反馈治疗对产妇泌乳及子宫复旧具有积极影响,可促进产妇乳汁分泌和子宫复旧。Objective To explore the clinical effect of biostimulation feedback therapy within 2 hours after delivery on lactation and uterine involution.Methods 80 parturients were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The experimental group received biostimulation feedback therapy+routine nursing within 2 hours after delivery,while the control group received biostimulation feedback therapy+routine nursing 24 hours after delivery.The effect of lactation and uterine involution were compared between the two groups.Results The lactation onset time of the experimental group(30.510±5.361)h was shorter than that of the control group(39.287±4.980)h,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The prolactin level of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group 72 h after delivery,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The amount of lochia at 24 h after delivery in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group in terms of uterine fundus height at 24,48 and 72 h after delivery(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of biostimulus feedback therapy within 2 hours after childbirth has a positive effect on maternal lactation and uterine rejuvenation,and can promote maternal milk secretion and uterine rejuvenation.
