摘　　要：崩漏是妇科临床常见的多发病、疑难病,其病因病机较为复杂,累及多个脏腑。崩漏主要发病机制为劳伤气血,脏腑冲任受损,不能制约经血,故见经血非时而下。李琼副教授系贵州省名中医、全国第二批名老中医丁丽仙教授的学术继承人,从事中医妇科临床工作30余年,在运用中医药治疗崩漏方面经验丰富,疗效确切,笔者跟随导整理临床验案2则,现总结如下。Disintegrating is a common and difficult disease in gynecology clinic. Its etiology and pathogenesis are complicated and involve many viscera. The main pathogenesis of disintegration is strained Qi and blood, the viscera rushing is damaged, can not restrict menstrual blood, so see menstrual blood is not timely. Associate Professor Li Qiong is the academic successor of the famous TCM professor Ding Lixian in Guizhou Province and the second batch of famous TCM senior doctors in China. She has been engaged in the clinical work of TCM gynecology for more than 30 years. She has rich experience in the treatment of disintegrating leakage with traditional Chinese medicine, and the curative effect is exact.
