基于微信的延续性护理对宫颈癌PICC带管出院患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的 研究宫颈癌经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉(PICC)带管出院患者于其出院指导工作中接受基于微信的延续性护理,对提升患者自我护理能力、改善患者生活质量的价值。方法 选取70例宫颈癌患者,均接受PICC置管,后行规范性分组,给予不同PICC带管出院指导方案进行对照分析,将其分为对照组(常规出院指导)与观察组(基于微信的延续性护理)。每组35例。比较两组患者自我护理能力及生活质量。结果 护理前,两组自我护理能力评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组自我护理能力评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组出院后生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 宫颈癌PICC带管出院患者于其出院指导工作中接受基于微信的延续性护理,对提升患者自我护理能力、改善患者生活质量的价值显著。Objective To study the value of continuous care based on wechat in improving patients’ self-care ability and quality of life in patients with cervical cancer discharged through peripheral venipuncturing central vein(PICC) tube during discharge guidance. Methods 70 patients with cervical cancer were selected, who received PICC catheterization, and then were divided into two groups: the control group(routine discharge guidance) and the observation group(continuous care based on wechat). 35 cases in each group. The self-care ability and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results Before nursing, there was no significant difference in self-care ability score between the two groups(P>0.05). After nursing, the selfcare ability score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After discharge, the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The continuous care based on wechat for discharged patients with cervical cancer PICC tube in their discharge guidance has significant value in improving patients’ self-care ability and quality of life.
