摘 要:选择乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯(EVM)橡胶作为研究对象,依据其使用工况条件,设计并进行加速老化试验,提出基于有限差分法的三维曲面模型法,实现只进行少量老化试验即可快速预测EVM橡胶在特定工况条件下的使用寿命及特定使用寿命范围内对应的使用温度与性能适用范围。该三维曲面模型法对评估EVM橡胶的使用寿命可靠实用,并可为快速预测其他高分子材料的使用寿命、使用温度或性能适用范围提供参考。In this paper,ethylene-vinyl acetate(EVM) rubber was selected as the research object,and accelerated aging tests were designed and carried out according to the working conditions of the EVM products. A three-dimensional surface model method based on the finite difference method was established to quickly predict the service life of EVM rubber under specific working conditions or provide the reference on the service temperature and performance application range within the specific service life range with only a few aging tests. The three-dimensional surface model method was reliable and practical for the evaluation of the service life of EVM rubber,and could also be applied for quick prediction of the service life,service temperature or performance application range of other polymer materials.
