摘　　要：研究粘合树脂在阻燃钢丝绳芯输送带胶料中的应用。结果表明:加入粘合树脂后,钢丝绳芯胶的焦烧时间和胶料在钢丝绳中的渗透时间延长,胶料粘合强度保持率更高,输送带安全性提高;静态粘合强度与橡胶基体的强度有关,动态粘合强度为橡胶-钢丝绳粘合层破坏强度,可以更准确地反映粘合树脂与钴盐并用的增粘效果;在阻燃钢丝绳芯输送带芯胶中应用粘合树脂HT1005效果更优。The application of adhesive resin in compound of flame retardant steel cord conveyor belt was studied. The results showed that,after adding adhesive resin,the scorch time of the steel cord compound and the penetration time of the compound in steel cord were prolonged,the retention rate of adhesive strength was higher and the safety of conveyor belt was improved. The static adhesive strength was related to the strength of the rubber matrix. The dynamic adhesive strength was the failure strength of the adhesive layer between the rubber compound and steel cord,which could more accurately reflect the tackifying effect of the combined use of the adhesive resin and cobalt salt. It was found that the application effect of the adhesive resin HT1005in the compound of flame retardant steel cord conveyor belt was good.
