摘  要:LF精炼炉冶炼低碳低硅钢在脱氧、脱硫、喂丝过程中存在钢水增硅问题,结合钢水增硅原理分析,在精炼过程各阶段制定相应控制措施,达到抑制渣中(SiO_(2))的活度的目的,降低精炼过程增硅量。主要控制措施为控制转炉出钢下渣、精炼渣中(SiO_(2))控制在≤8%、合理控制氩气量和脱氧脱硫时增加渣碱度。In the process of deoxygenation,desulfurization and wire feeding of low carbon and low silicon steel smelting in LF refining furnace,there is the problem of silicon increase in molten steel.Combined with the principle analysis of silicon increase in molten steel,corresponding control measures are formulated in each stage of refining process to achieve the purpose of inhibiting the activity of slag(SiO_(2)) and reducing the amount of silicon increase in refining process.The main control measures are to control the amount of slag(SiO_(2)) in converter drawing slag and refining slag to less than 8%,to control the amount of argon gas reasonably and to increase the basicity of slag during deoxidation desulfurization.
