摘　　要：电解铝工业产生的铝灰,是一种工业危险废弃物,同时也是一种优质的炼钢脱氧剂的生产原料。文章分析了铝灰作为脱氧剂原材料生产铝灰球脱氧剂过程中释放的氨气的原因,采用盐卤和高分子粘结剂解决了生产过程中释放刺激性气体的问题并提高了造球成球率。Aluminum ash produced by electrolytic aluminum industry is a kind of industrial hazardous waste,and also a kind of high-quality raw material for deoxidizing agent in steel making.This paper analyzes the reasons of ammonia gas released during the production of aluminum ash ball deoxidizer by using aluminum ash as deoxidizer raw material.The problem of irritant gas released in the production process was solved by using salt halide and polymer binder,and the pelletizing rate was improved.
