摘  要:中小H型钢的钢坯高度与成品腿宽的比例一般为1.6~1.8倍,八钢自产连铸矩形坯截面尺寸为200×240(mm),坯材比1.37,钢坯高度不满足H型钢孔型设计要求。为此采用DEFORM有限元模拟计算分析,对开坯机中三种孔型的腿部拉缩和增量进行模拟验证,制定开坯机孔型类型为切深孔+闭口孔(1+4),在生产试验中不断优化,确定了开坯机轧制程序表、精轧机轧制程序表,成功研发出200×240(mm)坯轧制宽翼缘HW175×175型钢产品。The ratio of billet height and finished leg width of medium and small H-beam steel is generally 1.6~1.8 times,and the section size of home-made continuous casting rectangular billet of Bayi Steel is 200 × 240(mm),billet ratio is 1.37,and the billet height does not meet the pass design requirements of H-beam.For this reason,DEFORM finite element simulation calculation and analysis are adopted to simulate and verify the leg shrinkage and increment of the three passes in the bloomer.The type of the bloomer pass is defined as deep cut hole+closed hole(1+4).Continuous optimization is made in the production test.The rolling program table of the bloomer and the rolling program table of the finishing mill are determined,and 200 × 240(mm) billet rolled wide flange HW175 × 175 steel products.
