摘　　要：热镀锌锅是镀锌生产时的重要设备,一般由低碳低硅钢种制作。在生产过程中,锌锅制造、熔锌、温度控制、日常保养、维修等环节,都必须按照规范进行操作。热镀锌过程中的热平衡计算结果决定了单位时间内的产量。按照规范进行日常维护和操作,可以降低事故率、提高生产效率、降低生产成本。The hot-dip galvanizing pot is an important piece of equipment during galvanizing production and is generally made of low-carbon,low-silicon steel grades.During the production process,the zinc pot manufacturing,zinc melting,temperature control,daily maintenance and repair must be operated according to specifications.The heat balance calculation in the hot-dip galvanizing process determines the output per unit time.Routine maintenance and operation according to specifications can reduce the accident rate,improve productivity and reduce production costs.
