摘　　要：目的:研究趋化素(Chemerin)及其受体(ChemR23)在感染性休克患者中变化及其对预后的影响。方法:选择感染性休克患者100例,包括存在多器官功能性障碍(DF组)和无多器官功能性障碍(NDF组),以同期40例健康体检者为对照组。分析感染性休克患者血清中Chemerin与ChemR23水平及其与急性生理与慢性健康评分(APACHEⅡ)的相关性。结果:与对照组相比,DF组和NDF组Chemerin与ChemR23明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),DF组APACHEⅡ评分均明显高于NDF组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清Chemerin与ChemR23水平、APACHEⅡ评分均为死亡的危险因素。结论:感染性休克患者血清Chemerin与ChemR23水平明显升高,与APACHEⅡ评分明显正相关,有望可作为感染性休克预后的新分子标志物。Objective To retrospectively analyze the changes of Chemerin and ChemR23 in patients with septic shock and their influence on prognosis.Method 100 cases of septic shock patients were selected;Including multi-organ functional disorder group(DF group) and non-multi-organ functional disorder group(NDF group);Over the same period,40 healthy check-ups were selected as the control group;The levels of Chemerin and ChemR23 in the serum of septic shock patients and their correlation with APACHE Ⅱ scores were analyzed;Results Compared with the control group,Chemerin and ChemR23 of the DF and NDF groups were significantly elevated(P<0.05),the APACHE Ⅱ score of the DF group was significantly higher than that of the NDF group(P<0.05);The serum Chemerin,ChemR23 levels and APACHE Ⅱ score were both risk factors for death in patients with septic shock;Conclusion The serum Chemerin and ChemR23 levels were increased significantly in patients with septic shock,which was positively correlated with APACHE Ⅱ score,and could be used as a new molecular marker for the prognosis of septic shock.
