活血蠲痛方与穴位注射治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨活血蠲痛方与穴位注射治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床效果。方法:选取收治的带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者38例为研究对象,分为对照组和研究组各19例,对照组实施穴位注射治疗,研究组实施活血蠲痛方+穴位注射治疗。比较两组临床效果、不同时间点VAS评分、血清β-内啡肽(EP)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白细胞介素(IL-6)、前列腺素(PG)E2水平。结果:研究组临床效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗1 w后、2 w后VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组β-EP水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组TNF-α、IL-6、PGE2水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:活血蠲痛与穴位注射联合治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛,联合应用效果理想,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Huoxue Juantong Prescription and acupoint injection on postherpetic neuralgia;Method A total of 38 patients with neuralgia were selected as research objects,and they were divided into control group and study group;19 cases in each group.The control group were treated with acupoint injection,the study group were treated with Huoxue Juantong prescription and acupoint injection;The clinical effect,VAS score at different time points,serum β-EP,TNF-α,IL-6 and PGE2 levels were compared between the two groups;Results The clinical effect of study group was better than control group(P<0.05);The VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group after 1 and 2 weeks of treatment(P<0.05);The level of β-EP in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),while the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and PGE2 were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);Conclusion Huoxue Juantong prescription and acupoint injection are effective in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia,and should be further popularized.
