地基不均匀沉降引起框架梁板裂缝的分析与处理

摘　　要：某沿街底框商住楼,由于局部地下管道渗漏,基础未设置沉降缝,地基基础不均匀沉降引起局部框架梁板出现不同程度的裂缝。根据裂缝产生的原因分析,反向思维,采用迫降法先处理局部地基基础,待地基基础稳定后,再对出现裂缝的上部结构构件进行加固处理。结果表明,有针对性的处理措施,方法简单、花费较低、收到较好的处理效果。A commercial and residential building with a frame at the bottom of the street. Due to the leakage of local underground pipelines, the foundation is not provided with settlement joints, and the uneven settlement of the foundation causes cracks in local frame beams and slabs to varying degrees. According to the cause analysis of cracks, reverse thinking, the forced landing method is used to treat the local foundation first, and then the superstructure components with cracks are reinforced after the foundation is stable. Targeted treatment measures, the method is simple, the cost is low, and the treatment effect is better.
