摘  要:现代大型建筑的基坑尺寸和开挖量巨大,对围护结构施作和基坑开挖环节都提出了更高的要求。基坑开挖是建筑工程的关键环节,施工中极有可能产生安全风险,如引起地面沉降和变形,影响周边环境或建筑物的稳定性。因此,选用合适的支护形式和开挖方式,不仅可以加快施工进度,还能降低成本、保证安全、避免风险。借助深圳城市轨道交通16号线某综合楼深基坑开挖,介绍了大型基坑土方开挖技术及监控要点,并提出了施工中的注意事项,以期为同类大型深基坑开挖施工提供借鉴。Modern large-scale building foundation pit size and excavation of huge, the construction of the retaining structure and foundation pit excavation links have put forward higher requirements. The excavation of foundation pit is a key link in building engineering, which may result in safety risk, such as ground settlement and deformation, and affect the stability of surrounding environment or buildings. Therefore, choosing proper support form and excavation method can not only speed up the construction schedule, but also reduce the cost, ensure safety and avoid risks. Based on the excavation of deep foundation pit in a complex building of Shenzhen Urban Rail Transit Line 16, this paper introduces the earth excavation technology and monitoring key points of large foundation pit, and put forward construction precautions, in order to provide reference for the excavation of similar large-scale deep foundation pit.
