摘　　要：基于2001~2018年中国31个省级的面板数据,探讨农业生产集聚对环境效率的影响,并检验环境规制在其中的调节效应。研究表明,农业生产集聚与环境效率之间存在“倒U”型关系,且大部分省域的农业生产集聚程度仍位于促进环境效率提升的有效区间;环境规制对两者间的“倒U”型关系起调节作用并促使曲线拐点向右移动,缓解了农业生产集聚对环境效率的阈值效应,有利于改善农业环境。基于此,为提升环境效率,提出发挥区域资源禀赋比较优势,优化农业生产集聚区域布局;结合区域农业生产集聚程度,科学制定农业环境规制政策;完善环境规制体系,加快农业绿色补贴激励政策的建议。Based on the panel data of 31 provinces in China from 2001 to 2018,discussed the impact of agricultural production agglomeration on environmental efficiency,and examined the moderating effect of environmental regulation.The result showed that there was an inverted U-shaped relationship between agricultural production agglomeration and environmental efficiency,and the degree of agricultural production agglomeration in most provinces was still in the effective range for promoting environmental efficiency;environmental regulation had a moderating effect on the inverted U-shaped relationship between the two.The inflection point of the curve was moved to the right,which alleviated the threshold effect of agricultural production agglomeration on environmental efficiency and was conducive to improving agricultural environment.Based on this,in order to improve environmental efficiency,policy suggestions were put forward to give full play to the comparative advantages of regional resource endowments,optimize the layout of agricultural production agglomeration areas,improve the environmental regulation system,and accelerate the construction of agricultural green subsidy and incentive policies.
