摘  要:该文采用AspenPlusV11流程模拟软件对气分装置各分馏塔进行模拟计算,结果显示,在进料65 t/h时脱丙烷塔T101和精丙烯塔T103已经超负荷运行,塔盘存在降液管液泛和雾沫夹带。将T101的分馏塔塔压降低约150 kPa可减缓塔底的雾沫夹带现象,为气分装置的大负荷平稳运行提供了解决方案,为增加负荷和提高反应深度创造了条件,具有较好的效益。In this paper,the Aspen Plus V11 process simulation software is used to simulate the fractionation towers of the 3#gas separation unit.The results show that the de-propanizer tower T101 and the refined propylene tower T103 have been overloaded when the feed is 65 t/h,and there are downcomer flooding and mist entrainment on the trays,but it can be reduced when the pressure of the fractionation tower T101 is lower than 150 KPa.This measure provide a solution for the smooth operation of the 3#gas separation unit under heavy load and create conditions for 3#Catalytic Cracking Unit to increase load and reaction depth,which have good benefits.
