摘  要:炼油企业在产品加工过程中会产生大量低温热,回收并有效利用低温热是降低炼油企业能耗的重要举措。该文分析了低温热源、热阱特点,低温热利用存在的主要问题和主要途径。提出了低温热系统优化、科学用能和技术经济优化的策略,以及系统集成步骤和操作优化方法。以某5 Mt/a炼油企业为例,利用提出的方法优化低温热系统,预计可取得节能20641 tce、增效3166万元/年的效果。A lot of low-temperature heat is generated during crude oil refining.It is very important to recycle and use it for energy conservation of oil refinery.The characteristics of low-temperature heat source and heat sink,and the main problems and ways of low-temperature heat utilization are analyzed in this paper.The strategy of utilization,such as system optimization,scientific energy utility,technical and economic optimization,and the methods of low-temperature heat system integration and optimization are suggested.The example presents the integration and optimization of low-temperature heat system in a real oil refinery with a capacity of 5MMt/a,which is expected to save 20641tce and 31.66 million Yuan per year by the proposed methods.
