摘　　要：该文介绍了反应器内催化剂与丙烯反应过程和细粉形成的原因,并且分析了细粉对装置生产过程中的影响,最后提出降低细粉影响的工艺改善方法,从而达到使反应装置可长时间连续生产的目的。This article introduces the process of single-loop synthesis of polypropylene resin in the liquid phase bulk polymerization of polypropylene,and the reason for the formation of fine powder in the reaction process of the catalyst and propylene in the reactor.It analyzes the impact of the fine powder on the process,and puts forward a process improvement method to reduce the influence of the fine powder,to achieve the long-cycle operation for the reactor.
