摘  要:普光天然气净化厂拥有全国最大的液硫储罐群,但在设备管理维护中,液硫储罐的开罐检验周期长、费用高、受限空间作业风险大,国内缺乏适用的检验检测标准。以净化厂10台5 000 m~3液硫储罐为研究对象,采用风险评估和在线检验检测相结合的方法,探索基于风险的检验技术在液硫储罐上的研究与应用,分析储罐的损伤模式和失效机理,结合在线检验结果,计算储罐失效风险等级,有针对性地提出检验策略,形成一套针对液硫储罐风险检验作业的指导规则,对国内液硫储罐检验和评估具有借鉴意义。Puguang natural gas purification plant has the largest group of liquid sulfur tanks in China.However,there are some disadvantages during the process of equipment management and maintenance,such as long opening inspection period,high cost,high operation risk in confined space,and lack of applicable domestic testing standards.Taking 10 sets of 5 000 m~3 liquid sulfur tanks in the purification plant as research object,the research and application of risk-based inspection technology on liquid sulfur tanks were explored by combining risk assessment and online inspection,damage mode and failure mechanism of tanks were analyzed,risk level of tank failure was calculated based on online inspection results,specific inspection strategies were proposed,forming a set of guiding rules for risk inspection of the tanks.The studies have great significance for the inspection and evaluation of domestic liquid sulfur tank.
