规模化养牛场犊牛健康养殖福利关键点的探讨

摘　　要：动物福利是指饲养中的动物与其环境协调一致的精神和生理完全健康的状态,即动物适应其所处环境,满足基本的自然需求,广泛享有免受饥渴与营养不良、免受各种不适、免受各类伤痛与疾病、能自由表达天性、免受各类恐惧与焦虑。中国是世界第三大牛奶生产国,科技人员已经意识到了牛群养殖中存在的诸多问题,犊牛福利在我国日益受到重视。文章从犊牛健康养殖的饲养模式、饲养管理、营养、常见病预防等方面论述动物福利关键点,希望能够为养牛场科学制订犊牛饲养规程提供参考。Animal welfare refers to the state of complete mental and physical health of animals in keeping with their environment, that is, animals to adapt to their environment, meet their basic natural needs, and enjoy freedom from hunger, thirst and malnutrition, discomfort, pain, injury and disease, fear and distress and express normal patterns of behavior. China is the third largest milk producer in the world. Scientific and technological personnel have been aware of many problems in cattle breeding, and the welfare of calves has been increasingly concerned in China.This paper discusses the key points of calf welfare from the aspects of feeding mode, feeding management, nutrition of healthy calf raising and common disease and prevention, hoping to provide a reference for cattle farms to scientifically formulate calf raising regulations.
