摘　　要：目的探讨杀鼠剂中毒患者予血液灌流治疗的整体效果及对凝血功能、肝肾功能的影响。方法选择宁都县人民医院2021年1月一2022年1月收治的杀鼠剂中毒患者60例,以随机数字表法分为2组,对照组(n=30)予常规治疗,观察组(n=30)联合血液灌流治疗。对比2组临床疗效,治疗前后凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)以及D-二聚体(D-D)水平,肝肾功能指标尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(SCr)、丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)水平。结果观察组杀鼠剂清除率高于对照组,意识清醒、抽搐消失、胃肠道症状消失时间与住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组PT、APTT时间短于对照组,D-D水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组BUN、SCr、ALT水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论杀鼠剂中毒患者采用血液灌流治疗能有效清除有毒物质,改善凝血功能以及肝肾功能,值得推广。Objective To investigate the overall effect of hemoperfusion therapy on patients with rodenticide poisoning and its effect on coagulation function,liver and kidney function.Methods 60 patients with rodenticide poisoning treated in Ningdu County People's Hospital of Jiangxi Province from January 2021 to January 2022 were randomly divided into two groups,the control group(n=30)and routine treatment;The observation group(n=30)was treated with hemoperfusion.The overall treatment effects of the two groups were compared,and the coagulation function indexes of the observation group before and after treatment were evaluated:prothrombin time(PT),partial prothrombin time(APTT)and D-Dimer(D-D)levels,as well as the levels of urea nitrogen(BUN),creatinine(SCR)and alanine aminotransferase(ALT).Results The clearance rate of Rodenticide in the observation group was higher than that in the control group;The time of conscious consciousness,disappearance of convulsions,disappearance of gastrointestinal symptoms and hospital stay in the control group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the time of Pt and APTT in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the level of D-D was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of bun,SCR and ALT in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hemoperfusion therapy for patients with rodenticide poisoning can effectively remove the concentration of toxic substances,is conducive to the rehabilitation of patients,and can improve the coagulation function,liver and kidney function of patients,which is worthy of popularization.
