摘  要:株高是水稻重要农艺性状之一。矮化和半矮化是水稻抗倒伏和高产育种的关键指标。以矮化育种为特征的“绿色革命”使世界水稻产量大幅度提高。赤霉素(GA)是一种重要的植物激素,在水稻生长发育的整个生命阶段起着重要的调控作用。活性GA主要通过促进水稻茎的第一节和第二节间的伸长来影响水稻株高。水稻茎的伸长受植株中活性GA含量和植株对GA敏感性的控制。因此,水稻株高受GA合成、代谢和信号转导途径的调控。本研究主要综述GA合成、代谢、信号转导及其对水稻株高调控的研究进展,以期为水稻株型改良提供理论参考。Plant height is one of the i mportant agronomic traits in rice.Dwarfing and semi-dwarfing are key indicators for lodging resistance and high-yield breeding of rice.The’green revolution’’characterized by dwarf breeding has greatly increased the yield of rice in the world.Gibberellin(GA)is a plant hormone that plays an important regulatory role in the entire life stage of rice growth and development.Active GAs mainly affect rice plant height by promoting the elongation between the first and the second internode of the rice stem.The elongation of rice stem is controlled by the contents of active GAs in the plant and the plant’s sensitivity to GA.Therefore,rice plant height is regulated by GA synthesis,metabolism and signal transduction pathways.This study mainly reviews the research progress of GA synthesis,metabolism,signal transduction and its regulation of plant height in rice,and provides a theoretical reference for plant type improvement in rice.
