摘 要:目前中国对杜鹃属植物的研究主要集中于群落结构调查、种质创新、繁殖技术及各种逆境胁迫等方面。其中种质创新主要利用杂交、诱变以及基因工程技术对花色、花型、花期进行选育,进展较为缓慢。繁殖技术还不够成熟,其扦插、组织培养时所选基质、激素种类及配比也还有待研究。另外,逆境胁迫主要集中于干旱、高温、低温、盐碱及病虫害致病原因及化学、人工防治方式等方面,对紫外胁迫、光照胁迫分子机制的研究较少,并且缺少对重金属胁迫、交叉逆境胁迫及病虫害生物防治的研究。本研究通过对中国杜鹃属植物种质创新的方式、主要的繁殖技术及各种逆境胁迫进行系统性论述,以期将来为杜鹃属植物种质创新、繁殖、逆境胁迫研究等提供理论依据。At present,the research on Rhododendron plants in China mainly focuses on community structure investigation,germplasm innovation,reproduction technology and various adversity stresses.Among them,germplasm innovation mainly uses hybridization,mutagenesis and genetic engineering techniques to select flower color,flower type and flowering period,and the progress is relatively slow.The reproduction technology is not mature enough,and the selected substrates,hormone types and ratios for cuttings and tissue culture are yet to be studied.In addition,adversity stress mainly focuses on drought,high temperature,low temperature,salinity,and the causes of diseases,insect pests,chemical and artificial control methods.However,There are few studies on molecular mechanisms of ultraviolet and light stress,and there is a lack of heavy metal stress,cross-adversity stress and biological control of diseases and insect pests.This article systematically discusses the ways of germplasm innovation of Chinese Rhododendron plants,the main reproduction techniques and various stresses,hoping to provide theoretical basis for the germplasm innovation of Rhododendron plants,reproduction and the research of adversity stress in the future.
