摘 要:为探讨外源6-BA和BR对水稻不同生育时期耐旱性的影响,以‘H优518’为试验材料,研究其分蘖期、孕穗期、灌浆期喷施外源6-BA溶液和BR溶液对不同灌溉方式下水稻光合色素含量、净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率、胞间CO_(2)浓度、产量及产量构成的影响。结果表明,外源喷施6-BA溶液和BR溶液在短期(0~12 d)可以提高不同灌溉方式下光合色素含量、净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率,并降低胞间CO_(2)浓度,同时能够提高穗粒数、结实率与千粒重等。此外,喷施外源6-BA溶液效果优于BR溶液,其在分蘖期对光合色素含量的影响较为明显;而在孕穗期和灌浆期对水稻光合作用促进效果更佳,因此,在水稻孕穗期喷施6-BA溶液能够有效提高光合作用及产量。本研究为水稻水分高效利用提供了理论指导。In order to investigate the effects of exogenous 6-benzyladenine(6-BA)and brassinolide(BR)on drought resistence of rice at different growth stages,’H you 518’was used as experimental material to study the effects of exogenous 6-BA solution and BR solution on photosynthetic pigment content,net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,transpiration rate,intercellular CO_(2) concentration,yield and yield components of rice under different irrigation methods in the tillering stage,booting stage and filling stage.The results Showed that spraying 6-BA solution and BR solution from external sources can increase the photosynthetic pigment content,net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,and transpiration rate under different irrigation methods in a short period of time(0~12 days),reduce the intercellular CO_(2) concentration,And increase the number of grains per spike,seed setting rate and thousand-grain weight.Among them,the effect of spraying exogenous 6-BA solution was better than that of BR solution,and the effect of spraying ex ogenous 6-BA solution on photosynthetic pigment content was obvious at tillering stage,but the effect of increasing yield was general;the effect of spraying exogenous 6-BA solution on photosynthesis was better at booting stage and filling stage,and the effect of increasing yield was more significant at booting stage.Therefore,spraying 6-BA solution at booting stage can improve photosynthetic characteristics and yield of rice.This study provided theoretical guidance for water use efficiency of rice.
