摘  要:通过原材料选材和配方优化研发了可以在较低温度固化的耐温复合材料修补用树脂及胶黏剂。用纳米橡胶改性可以在不降低耐温性能的情况下显著提高胶黏剂的剪切强度性能。通过动态差示扫描量热分析(DSC)研究了树脂及胶黏剂的固化特性。基于不同升温速率(β)下固化起始温度T_(onset)和峰值温度T_(p)的变化,获得了T_(onset)或T_(p)对lnβ的线性方程,可以更合理地确定固化温度参数。T_(p)对lnβ的线性关系式可以用于解释表观活化能大小的变化规律,即表观活化能(E_(a))约等于RT_(1)^(2)/ΔT。Heat-resistant two part resin and adhesive systems with lower curing temperature were developed by materials’selection and formula optimization.Performance of lap shear strength can be significantly improved when modified by nano-rumber without reduction of heat-resistance.The curing properties of different systems had been investigated by dynamic differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)experiments.Based on changes of the onset temperatures(expressed as T_(onset)) or peak temperatures(expressed as T_(p)) with different heating rate(β),a linear equation of T_(onset) or T_(p) against lnβ was obtained to determine the curing temperature parameters more reasonably.The above linear equation can be used to explain some laws of higher or lower of apparent activation energies(E_(a)),by which the apparent activation energy(E_(a)) is nearly equal to RT_(1)^(2)/ΔT.
