摘  要:本研究针对定厚度曲面纤维复合材料产品局部区域在使用频段范围实现透波率和结构性能的需求,通过电性能计算和结构设计,采用石英纤维/环氧树脂复合材料内、外蒙皮+PMI泡沫芯层的A型结构形式,结合制造工装、数控加工和装配工装生产制造了透波窗结构试验件。试验结果表明A型结构透波窗在1MPa内压保压时透波窗位置无渗漏,在1.2GHz~3.0GHz频段范围内的透波率均大于80%,透波窗的透波性能和结构性能满足设计指标要求,可以实现对产品内部信号的良好传输,对内部武器设备的运行状态进行监测。This study aims at the needs of partial area of fiber composite product that with fixed thickness and curved surface to achieve wave transmittance and structural properties within the use frequency band.In this study,through electrical performance calculation and structural design,the wave transmission window adopts the A-type structure of quartz fiber/epoxy composite inner and outer skin structure and PMI foam core layer.The test piece of the wave transmission window is manufactured through manufacturing tooling,NC machining and assembly tooling.The test results show that there is no leakage at the position of the wave transmission window when the pressure of the wave transmission window is maintained within 1MPa,and the transmissivity of the transmission window in the frequency band of 1.2-3.0 GHz is greater than 80%.The wave transmission performance and structural performance of the wave transmission window meet the design index requirements,and can realize the good transmission of the internal signal of the product and monitor the operation state of the internal weapon equipment.
