摘  要:本文阐述了一种双通道多极化超宽带次表层探测天线罩管的成型技术,对工艺方案、力学性能、介电性能、导热系数等参数进行探究。结果表明,采用往复缠绕方式成型,能够满足次表层探测雷达低频通道天线罩管的设计要求。通过工艺实现,突破了薄壁细长径管道成型、固化、脱模的关键技术,天线罩管具备良好的内部质量、尺寸精度及力学稳定性。复合材料管道内部无分层、疏松、孔隙等缺陷,介电常数低于4.8,损耗角正切小于2%,力学指标满足使用需求。This paper describes a tube forming technology of dual-channel multi-polarization ultra-wideband subsurface probe radome, focusing on the process scheme, mechanical properties, dielectric properties, thermal conductivity and other parameters. The results show that the forming method of reciprocating winding can meet the design requirements of the low frequency channel mast for subsurface detection radar. Through the process realization, the key technologies of forming, curing and demoulding of thin-wall slender diameter pipe have been broken through. The radome pipe has good internal quality, dimensional accuracy and the mechanical stability. There are no delamination, porosity, and other defects inside the composite pipe. The dielectric constant is less than 4.8, the loss tangent is less than 2%. The mechanical indexes meet the usage requirements.
