摘 要:目的:回顾性分析儿童皮肤病与EB(Epstein Barr virus,EB)病毒感染相关性。方法:南京医科大学附属儿童医院门诊就诊和收治入院患儿552例为病例组,病种包括荨麻疹、多形红斑、过敏性紫癜、系统性红斑狼疮、虫咬皮炎、皮肌炎及丘疹性肢端皮炎等,儿童保健科体检119例患儿为对照组。回顾性分析病例组和对照组血清中代表EB病毒近期感染的指标衣壳抗原IgM抗体(VCA-IgM)和反映机体内病毒的复制情况EB-DNA的水平,比较这两个指标在两组之间差异。结果:与对照组相比,荨麻疹、多形红斑、过敏性紫癜、系统性红斑狼疮、虫咬皮炎、皮肌炎及丘疹性肢端皮炎这几类皮肤病EB感染率较高,差异均有统计学意义。结论:EB病毒感染可能参与多种皮肤病发病过程,在这些疾病治疗时需考虑EB病毒感染的因素。Objective:To explore the correlation between Epstein Barr virus(EBV)infection and cutaneous diseases in children.Methods:Five hundred and fifty-two inpatients and outpatients in the Children’s Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University were recruited.The diseases included urticaria,pleomorphic erythema,Henoch-Schonlein purpura,systemic lupus erythematosus,insect bite dermatitis,dermatomyositis and papular acrodermatitis.One hundred and ninteen healthy children with physical examination in the Department of Child Health were selected as the control group.The serum VCA IgM,which represents the recent infection of EBV,and the level of EB-DNA reflecting the replication of virus in the body were analyzed retrospectively,and the differences between the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the EBV infection rate of children with urticaria,pleomorphic erythema,Henoch-Schonlein purpura,systemic lupus erythematosus,insect bite dermatitis,dermatomyositis and papular acrodermatitis was higher,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:EBV infection may be involved in the pathogenesis of many cutaneous diseases,and the factors of EBV infection need to be considered in the treatment of these diseases.
