摘　　要：报告3例唇恒径动脉。例1.女,41岁。下唇右侧黏膜粉色丘疹2个月。例2.女,55岁。下唇内侧粉色丘疹1年。例3.男,71岁。下唇内侧淡黄色结节1年。皮损组织病理:均表现为真皮或皮下脂肪可见一厚壁血管,有明显的肌层,弹力纤维染色显示完整的内弹力膜。诊断:唇恒径动脉。3例患者均予手术完整切除皮损,无复发。Three cases of caliber-persistent labial artery are reported.Case 1:A 41-year-old female presented with a pink papule on the right side of the lower lip for 2 months.Case 2:A 55-year-old female presented with a pink papule on the medial side of the lower lip for 1 year.Case 3:A 71-year-old male presented with a yellowish nodule on the medial side of the lower lip for 1 year.Histopathological examination showed all patients had a thick-walled vessel with prominent muscular in the dermis or subcutaneous.Elastic fiber staining showed a complete inner elastic lamina in these patients.The diagnosis of caliber-persistent labial artery was made.All three cases were treated with total surgical excision,and no evidence of recurrence has been found.
