针刺联合化风丹治疗风痰阻络型面肌痉挛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺联合化风丹治疗风痰阻络型面肌痉挛(HFS)的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的80例风痰阻络型面肌痉挛患者依据随机数字表随机分为针刺组与针药组,每组40例。两组均给予常规针刺治疗,针药组在针刺基础上给予化风丹口服,每次1.2 g,每日3次,每服用6天停服1天,共治疗4周。观察两组患者在治疗前、治疗2周后、治疗4周后面部肌肉痉挛发作频率、强度以及中医症状积分的变化情况,并记录治愈时间。结果:治疗2周后、4周后两组患者面部肌肉痉挛发作频率、强度以及中医症状积分均显著下降(P<0.05),且针药组优于针刺组(P<0.05);针药组治愈时间明显短于针刺组(P<0.05)。两组均有3名患者发生不良反应,但无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:针刺联合化风丹治疗风痰阻络型面肌痉挛能有效改善HFS患者面肌痉挛频率及强度,缩短治疗周期,提高治愈率,临床疗效明显优于单纯针刺治疗。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with Huafeng Dan in treatment of hemifacial spasm(HFS)of wind-phlegm blocking collateral syndrome.Methods:80 patients with HFS of wind-phlegm blocking collateral syndrome were randomly divided into the acupuncture group and the acupuncture-medication group,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine acupuncture treatment;on which basis,the acupuncture-medication group was also given Huafeng Dan orally,1.2 g each time,3 times a day,every 6 days per week for a total of 4 weeks.The frequency,intensity and TCM symptoms score of HFS were observed before the treatment,after 2 weeks of the treatment,and after 4 weeks of the treatment in the two groups,and the healing time was recorded.Results:After 2 weeks and 4 weeks of the treatment,the frequency and intensity of HFS and TCM symptoms score were significantly decreased in the two groups(P<0.05),and the acupuncture-medication group was better than the acupuncture group(P<0.05).The healing time was shorter in the acupuncture-medication group than that in the acupuncture group(P<0.05).There were 3 incidents of adverse reactions in each group,but there were no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with Huafeng Dan can effectively improve the frequency and intensity of HFS,shorten the treatment period,and improve the cure rate in treatment of HFS of wind-phlegm blocking collateral syndrome.The clinical efficacy of acupuncture-medication is significantly better than acupuncture alone.
