摘  要:固增水电站建设采用的是以施工方牵头的EPC总承包模式,在其实施阶段,充分发挥了施工方的优势。本文阐述了针对特长引水隧洞薄壁混凝土施工采取的解决策略,充分发挥了总承包模式的组织管理优势,优化了施工工艺与配合比,统一协调资源管理、争优提效,在保证质量安全的前提下加快了施工进度,最终实现了节点目标,所取得的经验可供类似工程参考。Guzeng Hydropower Project was constructed by applying the EPC general contracting mode leaded by construction enterprise.In the construction period,the advantages of the construction enterprise are brought into full play.This paper expounds the solutions for the construction of the thin-wall concrete of the extra-long diversion tunnel.Under the general contracting model,the advantages of organization and management were fully played,the construction process and mix ratio were optimized the construction technology and the mix ratio,the resource management was coordinated and efficiency was improved.The construction progress was accelerated in the condition of quality and safety,and the node goal was finally realized.The experience obtained can be used as reference for similar projects.
