摘　　要：涤纶和氨纶在生产过程中通常需要添加专用的纺丝油剂,赋予纤维适宜的平滑性、抱合性、抗静电性等性能,使其能顺利进行后道工序。纤维通过纬圆机编织得到布匹后,圆筒布匹两个边的含油量由于离心力和压力,都会比其他地方大,对染料的上染率有影响。探讨不同工艺改善中缝的色差,得到的优化工艺为:蒸汽平整→清洗→拉幅烘干→预定→染色→成定,可以消除中缝色差,并且单位面积质量均匀,弹性回复力好。The special textile oiling agent was added in the production process of polyester and spandex to endow the fiber with appropriate smoothness,cohesion,antistatic and other properties,which can carry out the subsequent process smoothly.After the fiber is knitted by the circular weft knitting machine,the oil content on both sides of the cylinder cloth will be greater than that in other places due to centrifugal force and pressure,which will have an impact on the dye uptake.Different processes are discussed to improve the color difference of middle seam.The optimized process is as follows:steam leveling→cleaning→stenting drying→reservation→dyeing→setting.The color difference of the middle seam can be completely eliminated,and the quality per unit area is average with good elastic recovery.
