摘 要:采用微乳法,通过气-液多相和液-液单相反应制备微纳米碳酸钙,得到了立方状以及立方团簇伴生状微纳米碳酸钙粒子.使用扫描电子显微镜(SEM),X射线粉末衍射(XRD)等对所制碳酸钙的形貌、尺寸和晶型进行了表征.发现添加蔗糖有使碳酸钙颗粒在微乳体系中形成立方状的趋势.同时探讨了蔗糖作为晶型控制剂对碳酸钙粒子形貌的影响机理.由于碳酸钙无毒且易得,未来高端、功能化微纳米复合材料的应用前景广泛.因此,该研究为进一步制备不同形貌微纳米碳酸钙及碳酸钙的高值化应用提供了参考.In this paper,microemulsion method was used to prepare micro-nano calcium carbonate by gas-liquid multiphase and liquid-liquid single-phase reaction,and cubic and cubic clusters associated micro-nano calcium carbonate particles were obtained.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and X-ray powder diffraction(XRD)were used to characterize the morphology,size and crystal form of the prepared calcium carbonate.It was found that adding sucrose will lead the calcium carbonate particles to form cubic shape in microemulsion system.At the same time,the effect mechanism of sucrose as crystal control agent on the morphology of calcium carbonate particles was discussed.Because calcium carbonate is non-toxic and easy to obtain,high-end and functional micro-nano composite materials will be widely used in the future.Therefore,this study provides a reference for further preparation of micro-nano calcium carbonate with different morphology and high value application of calcium carbonate.
