摘 要:提出了一种通过制冷方式使大气中酸蒸汽凝结从而减少二次颗粒物形成的空气净化思路,设计了一种半导体制冷凝酸的实验装置,探究了环境相对湿度(RH)、冷凝温度对酸雾凝结过程的影响规律,并通过配气实验进一步验证了酸雾的脱除效率。实验表明:制冷至2℃时,3%硫酸雾的脱除效率可达76.7%,凝酸效果显著。An idea of air purification by condensing acid vapor in the atmosphere through refrigeration to reduce the formation of secondary particulates was proposed,a semiconductor refrigeration condensing acid device was designed to explore the effect of relative humidity(RH)and condensation temperature on the condensation process of acid,and the removal efficiency of acid mist was further verified by gas distribution test.The result showed that at 2℃,the removal efficiency of 3%sulfuric acid mist was 76.7%,indicating that the device has a good effect for removing acid mist.
