摘 要:近年来大容量相控电抗器频繁出现匝间短路故障,造成了严重的经济损失及火灾事故。由于输出无功功率受晶闸管阀相位角控制,目前还没有匝间短路故障的可靠及灵敏监测方法。本文通过研究一起33 kV 180 Mvar相控电抗器匝间故障,分析角内、角外3次谐波电流以及有功损耗等特性变化,提出了匝间短路动态仿真模型以及3次谐波电流变化的计算方法,并依据匝间短路必然造成电感显著减小的特性,论证监测角内、角外3次谐波电流显著增大;监测5、7次滤波电容器对3次谐波电流严重放大是识别故障、防止起火燃烧并进行可靠保护的方法。In recent years,a large number of thyristor controlled reactor(TCR)has inter-turn short circuit fault frequently and causes a serious economic loss and fire accidents.At present,there is no reliable and sensitivity monitoring method of inter-turn short circuit fault due to the control of output reactive power by phase angle of thyristor valve.In this paper,such characteristic variation as third harmonic current and active loss inside and outside angle is analyzed through the inter-turn fault of 33kV 180 Mvar thyristor controlled reactor,the inter-turn short circuit dynamic model and the calculation method of third harmonic current are proposed.It is proved that the monitored third harmonic current inside and outside increases significantly in accordance with the characteristic that the inter-turn short circuit causes remarkable decrease of inductance.And monitoring the 5th and 7th filter capacitors to seriously amplify the third harmonic current is the method to identify the fault,prevent fire and perform reliable protection.
