摘 要:为了降低风速引起的风功率变化对风火打捆系统暂态稳定的不利影响,本文采取限流式静止同步补偿器(current-limiting static synchronous series compensator,SSSC)一定的控制策略来提高风火打捆系统的暂态稳定性。通过借助双馈风电机组(doubly fed induction generator,DFIG)等值外特性参数构造含SSSC的风火打捆系统暂态稳定数学模型。通过建立正常运行、故障发生期间及故障切除后的功率特性方程分析在不同运行状态下风速变化对风机等值参数影响,进而对系统暂态稳定性产生的影响。结合不同运行状态下含SSSC的风火打捆系统功率极限与SSSC控制参数之间的关系,提出提高功率极限改善暂态稳定的限流式SSSC的控制策略,仿真结果表明限流式SSSC合理的控制策略可以削弱风功率变化对风火打捆系统暂态稳定的不利影响,有效改善了风火打捆系统的暂态稳定性。For reducing the unfavourable influence of wind power variation due to wind velocity on transient stability of wind-thermal binding system,the control strategy of current-limiting static synchronous series Compensator(SSSC)control strategy is proposed in this paper to improve the transient stability of the windthermal bundling system.Through the use of DFIG(doubly fed induction generator,DFIG)equivalent external characteristic parameters,the mathematical model of transient stability of the wind-thermal binding system is constructed.Through setting up power characteristic equation during the normal operation,fault and after fault removal,the influence of wind velocity variation on the generator under different operation condition as well as the influence on the transient stability of the system is analyzed.The control strategy of current limiting SSSC for improving the power limit and enhancing transit stability is proposed in combination with the relationship between the power limit of wind-thermal binding system containing SSSC and the control parameters of SSSC under different operation condition.The simulation result shows that the reasonable control strategy of the current-limiting SSSC can greatly weaken the unfavourable influence of wind power changes on the wind-thermal binding system,and effectively improve the transient stability of the wind-thermal binding system.
