摘  要:采用溶剂热法将表面富含功能基团的碳量子点(C-dots)与铜咪唑络合物、Ti(Ⅳ)自组装得到前驱体[Cu(IM)_(4)]^(2+)/TBOT@C-dots,将前驱体在NH_(3)气氛下高温煅烧制备了TiN负载Cu纳米球(Cu/TiN-carbon-T),通过XRD、TEM、FE-SEM、XPS对其结构进行表征,并对其催化还原对硝基苯酚性能进行了探究。结果表明,碳量子点为重要的形貌调控剂,能有效促进Cu(0)均匀分散于TiN载体中;以NaBH_(4)为氢供体时,800℃煅烧得到的Cu/TiN-carbon-800表现出最高的催化活性,1 min内即可催化对硝基苯酚还原为对氨基苯酚,且Cu/TiN-carbon-800在重复使用10次后仍能保持较高的催化活性。We obtained the precursor[Cu(IM)_(4)]^(2+)/TBOT@C-dots through the self-assembling of carbon quantum dots(C-dots)with functional group on the surface,copper imidazole complex,and Ti(Ⅳ)by a solvothermal method,and prepared TiN supported Cu nanospheres(Cu/TiN-carbon-T)by calcination of the precursor in NH_(3) atmosphere at an elevated temperature.Moreover,we characterized the structure of Cu/TiN-carbon-T by XRD,TEM,FE-SEM,and XPS,and investigated its catalytic performance for reduction of p-nitrophenol.The results show that C-dots are important morphology regulators,which can effectively promote the uniform dispersion of Cu(0)in TiN supporter.When taking NaBH_(4) as the hydrogen donor,the catalyst Cu/TiN-carbon-800 obtained by calcination at 800℃ shows the highest catalytic activity,which can catalyze the reduction of p-nitrophenol to p-aminophenol within 1 min.In addition,the catalytic activity of Cu/TiN-carbon-800 remains high after 10 times reuse.
