摘 要:以兰炭基活性炭为原料,采用微波辅助KOH对其进行二次活化,考察了KOH浓度、微波功率、微波加热时间对兰炭基活性炭孔隙结构的影响,并与管式炉辅助KOH二次活化进行了比较。结果表明,微波辅助KOH二次活化对兰炭基活性炭微孔结构的发育有促进作用,经1.5 mol·L^(-1) KOH溶液浸渍、于800 W微波加热15 min得到的二次活化的兰炭基活性炭的总比表面积和微孔比表面积分别为839.21 m^(2)·g^(-1)和598.21 m^(2)·g^(-1),微孔率从二次活化前的68.87%提升至78.24%,碘吸附值为1034.12 mg·g^(-1),达到了木质净水用活性炭(GB/T 13803.2-1999)一级品标准。微波加热作用弱于管式炉加热作用,但对微孔促进作用更明显。We reactivated blue coke-based activated carbon(BAC)by microwave-assisted KOH.Moreover,we investigated the effects of KOH concentration,microwave power,and microwave irradiation time on the pore structure of the reactivated BAC,and compared with that of tube furnace-assisted KOH reactivation.The results show that microwave-assisted KOH reactivation can facilitate the development of microporous structure of the reactivated BAC.After immersing in 1.5 mol·L^(-1) KOH solution and microwave irradiation at 800 W for 15 min,the total specific surface area and microporous specific surface area of the reactivated BAC are 839.21 m^(2)·g^(-1) and 598.21 m^(2)·g^(-1),respectively,meanwhile,the micropore ratio increases from 68.87% to 78.24%,and the iodine adsorption value is 1034.12 mg·g^(-1),indicating the reactivated BAC can meet the first-class standard of the wooden activated carbon for water purification(GB/T 13803.2—1999).The heating effect of microwave is weaker than that of tube furnace,but its promotion effect on micropore is more obvious.
