超临界锅炉包墙过热器泄漏分析

摘　　要：某火电企业锅炉包墙过热器泄漏,对泄漏管进行了宏观形貌观察、化学成分分析、力学性能检测、金相分析等技术分析。结果表明,由于包墙过热器鳍片安装不规范和检修管理不到位,致使泄漏管下方鳍片区域形成“烟气走廊”,运行后烟气定向冲刷过热器管致使泄漏。Visual inspection,chemical component analysis,mechanical performance analysis,metallographic analysis and other technical analysis are made on the leaky pipe of the wall superheater in a supercritical boiler.The result from inspection and analyses shows that the irregular installation and maintenance of the wall superheater fins result in the form of“flue gas corridor”in the area under the fins and the leakage by directed scouring of the flue gas on the heater in operation condition.
