摘 要:大型市政项目构筑物受到其埋深的影响,通常需要采用桩基础提供抗压或抗拔承载力。在武汉市部分区域淤泥质土层较为深厚的地质条件下,管桩容易断桩,须慎重使用;常规设计中多采用灌注桩,但灌注桩费用较高。作为一种新型的抗压抗拔桩,劲性复合桩采用水泥土搅拌桩作为外芯、薄壁管桩作为内芯,将两者的优点巧妙结合,在承载力等性能上可与灌注桩抗衡,费用又相对较低,可在满足设计要求的同时节约项目投资。Large-scale municipal project structures are affected by their burial depth,which usually need to use pile foundations to provide compression or uplift bearing capacity.Under the geological conditions with relatively deep silty soil layers in some areas of Wuhan City,the pipe piles are easy to break and must be used with caution.In conventional design,cast-in-place piles are mostly used,but the cost of cast-in-place piles is high.As a new type of compression and uplift pile,the strength composite pile adopts cement-soil mixing pile as the outer core and thin-wall pipe pile as the inner core,which skillfully combines the advantages of the two so as to compete with the cast-in-place pile in terms of bearing capacity and other performance,and the cost is relatively low,which can save the project investment while meeting the design requirements.
