摘 要:某公司3200 m^(3)高炉在一代炉役后期,由于长期采取护炉措施,高炉生产能力受到制约,各项技术经济指标不佳。因此该公司决定对3200 m^(3)高炉进行大修改造,希望通过此次大修改造,在充分利旧原有设施及降低投资成本的前提下,主要技术经济指标达到同级别高炉的领先水平,实现高炉高产、优质、低耗、长寿、环保的目标。本文主要介绍了该3200 m^(3)高炉大修改造的主要设计概况,在此基础上对工程设计的难点和先进性进行了分析和阐述,并对此次高炉大修改造投产后生产指标和先进技术应用效果进行了总结。In the later period of the first generation service life of 3200m^(3) blast furnace in a company,the production capacity of blast furnace is constrained and the various technical and economic indicators is poor due to the long-term adoption of furnace protection measures. Therefore, this company decided to overhaul and transformation the 3200m^(3) blast furnace, it is hoped that through this overhaul and reconstruction, the main technical and economic index can reach the leading level of the blast furnace of the same class, and achieve the goal of high yield, high quality, low consumption, long service life and environmental protection of blast furnace under the premise of fully utilizing the old facilities and reducing the investment cost. This paper mainly introduces the main design overview of this 3200m^(3) blast furnace overhaul and transformation, on this basis, analyzing and expounding the difficulties and progressiveness of engineering design, and summarizing the production indexes and application effect of advanced technique after putting into production of the blast furnace overhaul and transformation.
